1st Lesson: General informations about products to be used in the kitchen, how to reconize the quality, place of origin and their importance in the italian culture.
Approach to cooking techniques, in connection with the first matter.
2nd Lesson: How to prepare a good Antipasto (Hors d’oeuvre): Antipasto di mare and Antipasto di montagna.
3rd Lesson: How to prepare hand-made pasta, Tagliatelle “Noodles” etc.
4th Lesson: How to prepare Lasagne with ragu’ sauce and in White with vegetables.
5th Lesson: How to make a perfect Amatriciana and Carbonara.
6th Lesson: How to make a Risotto Pescatora (Sea food risotto) and Spaghetti with clams (Vongole)
7th Lesson: Make a perfect Sea-food main course: “Fillet of sea-bream crusted zucchine” and “Sea-bass in salt”
8th Lesson: “Spaghetti with fresh tomato and basil” and “Lamb chops flavoring”
9th Lesson: How to make “Ravioli” and “Chicken Cacciatore”
10th Lesson: Italian Beans Soup and Polenta.
